  8. The Semi-Finalist, Finalist and Winner Process:

    1. On or about January 14, 2025, the Sponsor will select up to ten (10) semi-finalists (the “Semi-Finalists”) in an internal review process from among all eligible entries received and based on the Sponsor’s evaluation of each of the criterion under 6g “Judging Criteria.” The exact number of Semi-Finalists will be based on the number and quality of entries. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the Semi-Finalists via telephone or email on or about January 16, 2025. If a potential Semi-Finalist cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact them, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential Semi-Finalist in their place from the remaining non-Semi-Finalist, eligible entries. The Semi-Finalists will be required to submit additional information that will be used in the next selection round, including additional design content, a headshot, biographical profile or other information as determined by the Sponsor. Failure to provide the additional information required by the Sponsor will result in disqualification.

    2. Following the selection of the Semi-Finalists, the Semi-Finalists will be narrowed down to three (3) (the “Finalists”) based on public voting via the voting landing page specified by the Sponsor and in accordance with Section 11 of these Contest Rules. Voting will be open from February 11, 2025 to February 25, 2025. The top three (3) entrants receiving the greatest percentage of votes, as tallied and verified by Sponsor, will be announced as the Finalists on or around February 28, 2025. If a potential Finalist cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact them, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential Finalist from the remaining Semi-Finalists.

    3. The Finalists will be invited to present their work during a remote virtual presentation (the “Presentation”) to one or more judges selected by the Sponsor (“Judges”). Each Presentation will be scheduled in 30 to 60-minute slots, provided the day and time of the Presentations will be determined after the Finalists are selected. During the Presentation, the entrant will present the Content they previously submitted, as well as any evolution of their design concept they see relevant to the interior design of a Flexjet Gulfstream G650. As part of the Presentation, the entrant will have an opportunity to respond to questions from the Judges. Finalists may be required to participate in Sponsor’s promotional campaigns, including by appearing in videos and photographs that are featured in Flexjet-Sponsored activations and promotional materials. If a Finalist does not complete a Presentation or does not participate in Sponsor’s promotional campaigns, they will be ineligible to be selected as the winner.

    4. Following the Presentations, the Judges will select one (1) winner on or around April 3, 2025, who will be notified in accordance with Section 9 of these Contest Rules.

    5. The Winner’s design concept will be used to inform the interior design of an aircraft of our choosing by or around the end of 2025.

  9. Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified via email, mail, or phone, based on the information the potential winner submitted. Each potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete, electronically sign, and submit a “Declaration of Compliance”, confirming compliance with these Contest Rules in a form determined by the Sponsor, within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to be eligible. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to submit the Declaration of Compliance within the required time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner does not reply to the initial notification with the required information and within the specified time period, they will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner with the next highest score may be notified. Only two (2) alternate winners may be determined through this process, after which the prize may remain unawarded. If Flexjet, LLC receives fewer than five (5) qualified entries, or if fewer than five (5) Semi-Finalists respond to Flexjet, LLC’s attempts to contact them, Flexjet, LLC reserves the right to not award the prize.

  10. Prizes. Grand Prize (1) - $100,000 USD. To be paid via ACH / Direct Deposit to the winning contestant’s bank account.

Use of script, macro or any automated system or practice to vote, or with the intent to impair the integrity of the voting process, is prohibited and all such votes will be void. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible votes received during the Voting Period.

    1. The Sponsor will incentivize voting participation via a randomized $500 prize for a participant of their choosing. Sweepstakes rules will be available in a link here on or around February 11, 2025.

The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Contest Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Contest Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  13. Release and Limitations of Liability.
